This project is a new 67,000 square foot processed-cheese manufacturing facility. The building consists of production rooms, dry storage, holding coolers, a finish cooler, and a 20 degree blast cooler, as well as shipping and receiving docks, offices, a breakroom and locker rooms.The facility is unique in its use of heat recovered from the compressor room to heat soil under the floor and a heat pump loop removes heat from process areas to heat the dry storage and offices during the winter.
