Landscape Design

Developing a plan for interior and exterior plantings, patios, entries, gathering areas, and site grading and drainage. We also provide services for parking lot and vehicle drive design.

Graphic Design

Selecting graphics and signage to identify rooms and specific areas of the building.

Hydro-power Services

Design consultation and construction supervision for a variety of hydro-power related projects. Services include sluice gates, head gates, gate hoists, crane system design, system evaluation, tainter gates, platforms, walkways, lifting beams and stop logs.

Construction Contract Administration

Giving the client assurance that projects are built as contracted through timely and consistent job site observations, shop drawing review, and extensive administration of the construction process.

Site Evaluation

Assisting in finding a site by evaluation suitability of land use and plans for a long range of needs and expansion.

Conducting a feasibility study to help determine if it is cost effective or structurally possible to expand or remodel an existing building.

Carefully detailed cost estimates accompany each phase of the design process to assure the bids are realistic and within the construction budget.

Drone Photography/Videography

Tracking and documenting projects from a birds eye view at different intervals of the project.
