Architectural Design- Providing full-service architectural designs that meet the clients functional and budgetary needs. Preparing construction documents and specifications so the project can be bid competitively and constructed with in an efficient and timely manner.
Structural Design- The creation of full-service structural designs that meet the clients functional and budgetary needs. Preparation of construction documents and specifications so the project can be bid competitively and constructed with in an efficient and timely manner.
Interior Design- Our designers work collaboratively with the clients to strategically select colors, furniture, window coverings, wall treatments, flooring patterns, and decorative art to add finishing details to any project.
Landscape Design- Developing a plan for interior and exterior plantings, patios, entries, gathering areas, and site grading and drainage. We also provide services for parking lot and vehicle drive design.
Graphic Design- Selecting graphics and signage to identify rooms and specific areas of the building.
Hydro-power Services- Design consultation and construction supervision for a variety of hydro-power related projects. Services include sluice gates, head gates, gate hoists, crane system design, system evaluation, tainter gates, platforms, walkways, lifting beams and stop logs.
Construction Contract Administration- Giving the client assurance that projects are built as contracted through timely and consistent job site observations, shop drawing review, and extensive administration of the construction process.
Site Evaluation- Assisting in finding a site by evaluation suitability of land use and plans for long range needs and expansion.
Feasibility Studies- Conducting a feasibility study to help determine if it is cost effective or structurally possible to expand or remodel an existing building.
Long Range Planning- Collaborating with owners to determine their future needs. Developing a phased building program to bring future projects on line as needed. All building projects should have consideration of future expansion.
Cost Analysis- Carefully detailed cost estimates accompany each phase of the design process to assure the bids are realistic and within the construction budget.
