This project is a new 44,000 square foot processed-cheese manufacturing facility. The building consists of receiving, processing, office, and storage areas. The receiving area includes truck docks, interior tank truck unloading area, shop areas, employee lounge, and locker rooms. The processing area includes three process rooms, three cooker rooms, a laboratory, engine room, and motor control center. The storage area consists of 12,000 square feet of refrigerated storage and includes two truck docks. The building has steel frame construction with masonry and steel exteriors. Site design includes truck lanes, two parking lots, and stormwater drainage.
