Historical Tudor Style Remodel

This project involved gutting and remodeling a 4,190 square foot 1939 Tudor style residence located in Eau Claire's Historic Third Ward District. The stairs were reversed to create a more functional entrance. This is a 3-bedroom, 4-bathroom home with a balcony off of the master suite. A screened porch with exposed framing and a folding architectural door wall.
