This project was caused by a failed bowstring truss, causing damage to the roof, ceiling, and front wall of the building. After shoring the failed truss and removing debris and ceiling, a full structural inspection was conducted, and it was found that there was damage to many of the roof joists and trusses.

An entirely new roof structure on the whole building, including new roof trusses, new purlins, and raising up the roof bearing height, was required, as the building was actively experiencing a structural failure. We were able to incorporate many modern features into the existing space during this repair, adding visual appeal to an otherwise purely structural project.
