This project entailed the construction of a spacious 9,000 square foot building, combining a wood-framed office portion and a prefabricated metal building garage. The office section was thoughtfully designed to accommodate various functions, including an open office space, a private office, a break room, a mechanical room, storage rooms, and toilet facilities. The wood-framed office area exudes warmth and elegance, creating a welcoming atmosphere for employees and visitors alike.

Within the office portion, an open office space fosters collaboration and teamwork, providing a versatile environment for daily operations. A private office offers a secluded area for confidential meetings or focused work. The break room serves as a communal area for employees to relax, enjoy meals, and recharge. To support the building's infrastructure, a dedicated mechanical room ensures efficient operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Additionally, strategically positioned storage rooms cater to the organization's needs for organized and secure storage solutions. The inclusion of well-appointed toilet rooms completes the office portion, ensuring the comfort and convenience of the building's occupants.

Adjacent to the office area, the prefabricated metal building serves as a spacious garage specifically designated for transport vehicle repairs.
