Partnering with Beyond the Box Design, we worked to enhance the overall dining experience at Helix, incorporating a variety of construction techniques and features. The bar area, known for its captivating ambiance and panoramic views, was constructed with a steel support structure. This choice allows for the installation of expansive windows that flood the space with natural light, while offering unobstructed views of the surrounding River Prairie area.

In contrast, the kitchen and utility areas were constructed using wood framed construction. This method provides flexibility and efficiency in creating functional spaces for food preparation and storage, while maintaining structural integrity.

One of the standout features of Helix is its roof, which features a generous patio area and contains a captivating rooftop bar. The roof was carefully designed to accommodate the weight and activity associated with a lively social gathering space. The rooftop bar adds an extra level of sophistication and elegance to the venue, providing a unique vantage point for patrons to enjoy the surrounding scenery while sipping their favorite beverages.
