Chicken Chasers

In June 2021, Chicken Chasers suffered a fire. With the original structure deemed unsalvageable, the only viable course of action was to demolish the entire building and start a reconstruction project. The project aimed not only at rebuilding, but at paying homage to the establishment's heritage while incorporating contemporary elements. Careful consideration went into the new design to ensure it retained the essence of the old building while offering enhanced functionality and aesthetics.

The ground floor boasts an inviting bar and dining area, kitchen/prep spaces, loading, and service zones. The second floor features a blend of utility and comfort, with an office for administrative tasks, storage for supplies, and an entirely separate apartment. Despite the updates and improvements, the history of the original structure remains.
