This project is a new 24-unit assisted living apartment complex with provision for expansion up to 48 units. The facility includes a central kitchen and dining room, administrative offices, beauty salon, tenant storage rooms, and assisted bathing rooms. This facility is constructed of wood roof and floor trusses spanning between wood stud bearing walls, precast plank floor over a partial basement, and vinyl clad exterior walls with brick wainscoting and corner detailing. Site design includes parking, on site water retention ponds, and paved walking paths.
